ISO 9001:2000

The ISO series of international standards for quality management is among the most widely known standard published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The ISO 9001:2000 quality management system monitors the collection of processes, documents, and resources that direct work of Caird Mechanical Contractors regarding service and installation.

An independent external body audits our management system annual and verifies conformance to the requirements specified in the 9001:2000 standard. The external auditor may remove the certification if a major non-compliance is found. Internal audits are also carried out by Caird through the year to ensure compliance to the standard.

Deloitte and Touche Quality Registrar Inc. as of August 5, 2003 registered Caird Mechanical Contractors to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
